Online Returns & Exchanges Policy

The policy below applies to purchases made exclusively online at www.octane-usa.com. In-store purchases are subject to a different policy.

Returns

Our online return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. To begin your return, please email help@octane-usa.com before sending anything back.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale & Non-Returnable Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

In addition, gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your item and advising you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a standard processing period, which may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and, where applicable, the cost of return shipping and any restocking fees may be deducted from your refund. Certain items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%; if this applies to your return, it will be clearly communicated during the return process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after it has been approved and processed, please first check your bank account or card statement again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often additional processing time before a refund appears.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please email help@octane-usa.com and our team will further assist you with the exchange process.

The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on where you live.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and processed, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver first, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise stated by our support team. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any applicable shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. OCTANE cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
